I ordered bunch of flowers for my girlfriend for anniversary and I wrote something n the card and all my wishes have been done!..My girlfriend received exactly the wonderfull same flowers as were on the picture. I was extremelly happy as my girlfriend.
My friend, the recipient of the above arrangement emailed me when she received it. She was thrilled and she sent a photo of the flowers so I could see them and share the beauty of it.
I wanted to send a special floral arrangement to a friend who was celebrating a milestone birthday. Mary took my order and did exactly what I asked. Not only that, but when it came to writing the card, I wrote a poem, and she agreed I could email it to her, she would print it out, and tuck it in with the flower arrangement.

Terrible quality of flowers and rude service.
Ordered flowers to be delivered to my mother for her birthday with a birthday balloon. The flowers did not appear as pictured and my mother did not receive the balloon I paid extra for. I will be taking my business elsewhere. Hopefully I can get a refund.
